OUR Site: QuickBooks is kept on our business computer or we work from your QuickBooks backup and return the file to your computer once our work is completed. This way we do not interrupt your daily business functions, but you are kept up-to-date with your accounting needs.

YOUR Site: QuickBooks is kept on your business computer and we access it in person or remotely so we can work in your office or home office.

OFF Site: QuickBooks is kept online so all of us can access it, anytime from anywhere as long as we have an internet connection. This works well if you travel often or we are heavily involved in the daily bookkeeping.

WRITE UP SERVICES

Your business might need "write up services". This is when you bring your checks, bank statements, receipts, etc., to us and we do all the data entry and provide you with complete financial reports. This service works well even if you have employees. In QuickBooks, there is a after the fact payroll feature that we can utilize to keep you and your business up-to-date.
